Central Webbed Spine
Provides spinal clearance, webbing connects the left and right sides of the half pad, providing an element of rigidity and because of its properties, the foam pad can absorb shear forces and hence withstand the locomotor and saddle forces which may otherwise cause the half pads to displace.
