Once fully stretched, elastic loses its shape and elasticity. Our research shows, when using minimal elastic (max 2cm stretch) on girth buckles, pressures are reduced when girthing, without compromising performance of the girth.  Resulting in improved horse comfort and reduced negative reactions.
